I guess it was about time we had a Western collection - everything seems to have been
geared towards SF. Well, 38 slabs of music from films such as Two Mules For Sister
Sara, Stagecoach, Once Upon A Time In The West, Lonesome Dove,
Buffalo Girls, Maverick, Unforgiven, Wild Rovers, High
Plains Drifter, Dances With Wolves and, of course, The Magnificent
Seven. The CD is nicely packaged with an outer sleeve, plus a booklet (eight
pages!) that offers up bits of info about the music. I can well imagine that this
kind of music appeals only to a very limited amount of people, however, for those of
you who do, then this is a very smart little package.
